Thank you for shopping at Whiz Wonders FN LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


Return Policy Duration

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Health and personal care items (where applicable)


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays can occur).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once received, we will issue a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
